Well sometimes common sense doesn’t get to see the light of day

It is written that arguing is healthy and essential for healthy relationships. If given the opportunity, this writer would pass. Some say that they aren’t a fighter at all. Instead they consider themselves to a lover. That is the category to shoot for! Why fight, why argue? What is it going to matter in a lifetime?


What usually happens is that one person holds their piece, all the while hoping and praying that common sense will prevail in most situations. Well sometimes common sense doesn’t get to see the light of day.

It is amazing how what is often said, with the best intentions, can be received in a manner that is so far in left field from what was intended. It is best to have a sense humor in order to keep from screaming or worse, losing all control of the verbal filter and releasing the wrath, of a horrible “potty mouth” that has been hidden well from the children’s sake.

It would seem that the kinder people are to some folks, it just isn’t enough… When this happens, and all else fails, it is absolutely ok to open a can of…kiss my a** and serve it on the rocks or straight!
